Announcing our New Chronic Pain Recovery (CPR)Group Virtual Program!
If you are suffering from Chronic Pain or Illness including but not limited to:
Migraines, Back Pain, Tinnitus, Long Covid, Lyme Disease, Fibromyalgia, EDS, POTS,Unexplained/undiagnosable pain or other weird symptoms….
This is NOT Therapy! It is a 6 session curriculum where you will learn and practice skills to reduce or eliminate your own chronic symptoms.
Wednesdays, Starting November 13. 6 weeks, skipping 11/27, 12/25 and 1/1.
All members must be prescreened.
As I was learning to heal my own chronic symptoms, I read books and listened to podcasts, etc. but I did not have a community of people. I knew people were having the same experiences, but in a way, I felt like an island. This program is designed for learning in a group setting with people who are going through and understand the language and experience together.
There is no charge for this program.
Questions or schedule your pre-screening: Laurie20814@gmail.com
How PRT works
Working one on one or in a small group with your Pain Reprocessing Coach, you will learn the skills to calm your brain and heal your pain.
The program starts with education. Learning about the science behind pain—especially chronic pain—is the key to healing.
Coaching Programs
We always start with a Complimentary Session to see if PRT is the right treatment for you.
Individual Coaching
Some clients I’ve seen for a few sessions, other for a few months. Time in treatment is specific to each individual. In the Boulder Back Pain Study (www.painbrainfilm.com), participants were seen 2x per week for 4 weeks.
Individual sessions $100
